Your tasks

 

  • Ensure material orders and tracking inventory and fixed assets;
  • Ensure the updating of the database of IT activities (approach/products and services) in SAP, ITSM, or other tool made available;
  • Follow up on repairs;
  • Ensure offers to internal customers;
  • Follow up on offers, orders and invoicing;
  • Ensure coordination between suppliers and follow up on contracts;
  • Ensure the internal sale of equipment to staff;
  • Ensure the management of the site's GSM subscriptions (orders, changes, cancellations).

 

 

Your profile

 

  • Educational background : minimum secondary level BAC with a focus on administrative and back-office functions;
  • Knowledge in SAP is considered as an advantage
  • Languages: Fluent in French and in English is a must (Luxembourgish and/or German are considered as an advantage); 
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PDF Editor; 
  • Good communication skills; 
  • Good team player, comfortable with working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment; 
  • Ability to juggle with multiple priorities.
