YOUR TASKS
Oversee customer requirements to ensure service level agreements are met, while maintaining reports as required by our customer
Prepare and maintain daily orders, reports, track and trace and special order requests
Assist the Account Manager in providing technical advice and resolving problems, overseeing the customer account to ensure SLA’s (service level agreements) are met and creating and maintaining reports as required by customer.
Work closely with Operations to ensure program requirements are met daily.
Prepare for and participate in business reviews with the customer.
Monitor processes related to customer specific requirements, order management for both international and domestic, follow up to ensure SLA’s are met, provide customer support, and month end reporting.
